YOU MUST OBTAIN YOUR ALTERNATE PIN # FROM YOUR ADVISOR PRIOR TO LOGGING INTO BANNER WEB.
所有 DEGREE STUDENTS MUST contact their advisor s BEFORE enrolling in classes. 学生 will be required to state that an advisor has approved all courses. Proper course selections are ultimately the responsibility of the student. (Please see curriculum requirements in the 2023-2024 University Catalog)

招生办公室
The 招生办公室 can be reached at 504-520-7388.

注册处
The 注册处 can be reached during the registration period at 504-520-6790. We are located at Xavier South Suite 630. The office will be open from 8am- 4:30pm.
- 登记 for closes 下午4点 on 8月16日星期五th. 学生 who have not paid their tuition bill (assessment) or who have not made satisfactory payment arrangements will be de-registered (dropped from) all of their courses. If a student is not registered for a class, then he/she is not allowed to attend that class. De-registered students can begin rescheduling classes beginning Monday August 19, 2024 at 8:00am. If you are a New Student (New First Time Freshman or New Transfer), you must see your academic department to re-enter your class schedule.
- The last open period of Late 登记 ends on 8月21日星期三st 下午4点. 学生 who have not paid their tuition bill (assessment) or who have not made satisfactory payment arrangements will be taken out of all their courses and cannot attend classes.

- For a copy of your Student Fee Billing Form please follow the steps below:

- 点击myXULA.
- 输入用户名 & 密码.
- 选择横幅网页.
- 点击学生自助服务.
- Select Fee Bill from the menu under your profile picture.
- 选择一个学期并提交.
Your Fiscal Clearance Status appears at the top of the Student Fee Billing Form.
To enroll in the payment plan or pay in full, 安全的在线信用卡, 电子支票, and international wires are accepted via Student Self Service Banner Web by selecting the 学费 & 网上付款选择.
If you have difficulties in interpreting the payment requirements, a Student Accounts Representative can be contacted 504-520-7667 for assistance.

- If you have an award offer that has not been accepted: Go to your Banner Web and make a decision on your award offer. Contact the 财政服务办公室/Student Accounts for fiscal clearance.
- If your FAFSA is not complete: You will receive an email with an estimated eligibility notification (estimated award). Contact the 财政服务办公室/Student Accounts.
- If you have completed your FAFSA and have not been awardedor receive an estimated offer notification, please contact the Office of Student 金融援助 at 504-520-7835.
- Any documents requested must be submitted through the student’s personal verification portal.
- If you have a Parent Plus Loan approval; contact the 财政服务办公室/Student Accounts.
- If you have questions about scholarships, contact 504-520-5212.
- Note: If you were offered a scholarship and do not see it on your award, the 财政服务办公室/Student Accounts has access to view your scholarship offer.
